  I loved their food .. was a regular customer ordered every month. Last month I ordered 2 tirimasu cake .. with an order .. I didn't recieve the tirimasu. (Pregnant and hungry and annoyed)Spoke to the lady she said she would put on file that they owed me the cake and would give me 30% off and I was satisfied with that.. next day I went and picked up my tirimasu they lady felt so bad she gave me 2 extra slices and told me my 30% would remain on file .. I called today to order .. the lady said oh sorry we don't give out that kind of a discount .. and said it sounds like you got free tirimasu so there isint anything I can do for you .. yes after the fact I got something free .. but your employee made a promise and now your loosing a regular customer.. bad business if you ask me.

  Called Pegasus to order take out and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hung up and called Plateau Pizza who picked up right away and my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. Parents ordered from this place for years and I chose Pegasus because of that and ignored the poor reviews.
