  A great selection of beers and a few non-alcoholic beverages including an outstanding ginger ale (which they sadly don't fill growlers with). The expanded venue is well done and the outdoor seating is like a backyard.

  Great beer but the staff were absolutely awful. Friends dog passed away so we decided to meet them for a hug and a beer. They bought a 4 pack of beer and a yellow dog tank top an hour before we showed up. Our friend had a can of beer in her hand while she stood in line with us (the beer she bought the hour prior). So she's standing in line, red in the face from crying and wearing the yellow dog tank top when a staff member behind the bar came over and accused her of opening her can of beer while in line. Her partner explained that no they had purchased it earlier and they both apologized and put it in the trash. Then I heard the female staff and the male bar staff loudly complaining about how terrible it was that my friend couldn't wait to open her beer until she paid for it and left. I went to both staff members and explained that she had already purchased the beer and the shirt an hour earlier, (from those exact staff members). I apologized again to both staff members about the open can of beer. I completely understand the risk of losing a liquor licence and as soon as my friend knew she was in the wrong she tossed her beer. I explained to the staff that she was a bit "out of it" because her dog had just died. To my surprise the woman looked at me in disbelief and asked, "Really? When?" I said that he died just this morning. Then we all went outside and another woman claiming to be management came outside to speak with us. We assumed she was coming to apologize but in fact she wanted to check our friends receipt to ensure she paid for her beer. We were floored. What happened to courtesy? And hey what about having a little bit of common sense? Remember our friend is still wearing her newly purchased Yellow Dog tank top. This wasn't our first time to Yellow Dog but it was the last. The service left a poor taste in our mouths and the beer didn't wash it away.

  Nice open space! Get there early to avoid line ups. Has an outdoor space but it could use a little work....lol. But don't go for that- go for the beer. It rocks
