  Chinese/Philippine lady (manager) with the crappy face attitude. You're earning probably 14$ an hour max, stop cheaping out on everything, this isn't home. You don't lose anything by not charging a sauce. She stands there doing nothing watching her staff like her title is worth something. When I was like uhh 19 working 3 years I already got to your position.. Be proud

  everythings wrong with my order. they even charge for cup of water let lone sauses. didn't taste nice. I wouldn't eat for free there anymore

  Drive through wait times were so long that the car in front of me just left. This was only at 7 PM too. Another day I went in because the drive through line was long again and the inside was a complete disaster. Garbages overflowing, tables fun of people's leftover garbage, kitchen had food all over the floor. Perhaps just an off day (or days in this case) but not what you expect from McDonald's.

  It is McDonald's so the food is as what you can expect from other McDonald's...consistent. What separates one McDonald's from another is the speed, service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this one fails miserably. I ordered a nugget happy meal, and it took about 10 minutes for it to come out, and with no toy and no chocolate milk. The drink dispensary and ketchup area should be cleaned regularly, and the garbage was overflowing. Another time, I went through the drive thru and again it took 10 minutes to get the order. Both times, the staff was not apologetic at all. I would avoid this franchise.
