  Excellent food, good service, and great decor. The only downside is that this place is very popular and busy that often one would have to wait to get a table. The food is worth the wait though, in my opinion. The pizza here is fantastic, however, do not expect North American style pizza. The Neapolitan style is what makes Spacca Napoli stand out from the hundreds of pizza places one can find.

  The atmosphere is awesome. It's a lovely place. The food on the other hand not so much. The pizza came to us quickly and undercooked. The bubbles from the crust were charred and the bottom of the crust was well undercooked. You can't pick it up and eat it, you need a fork and knife to eat. The sauce tasted like crushed tomatoes out of a can. No flavour to it at all. Very disappointed.

  Food, service, management all fantastic. Authentic italian cuisine with AMAZING pizza. very accommodating and customer service is on point. went for a special occasion and exceeded my expectations! great that it's local and family owned, showing much love and support for this local port moody restaurant will definitly not disappoint .

  As others have stated, the environment, atmosphere and general look of the restaurant is fabulous. However, the actual end result and service is far from that. We ordered a pizza for take out, and when we entered the store to pick it up, firstly no one helped us for a good 8 minutes or so. Once they finally did, we left to go enjoy the pizza while we headed out (we were not home). We opened the box to have a slice only to realize they did not cut the pizza into slices at all. I don't care what the reason for that was, but that is just poor customer service. Has the right setting to be successful but poor service doesn't translate into an enjoyable, good food. The pizza itself was not that great even in taste. Would avoid in the future until better management comes in.
