  No wonder I have never heard of this place. Was given a gift card to visit here and during payment their system failed to accept my card and they made me pay for my meal out of pocket and said "go to another Vera location". No apologies or anything.

  Typical Vera's Burger but the entire restaurant is covered in greese and needs a good cleaning! Salt and pepper shakers, napkin holders, ketchup dispencers...ewwwww

  Both my wife and I felt ill after eating here. So much grease, ambiance kinda sucks.. bad lightning and bad decore.
  
  The only reason I didn't give this place a 1 star is because the staff were very nice. 5 star on customer service. 1 star on food...
